1 INTRODUCTION
The main object of this document is to briefly describe the methodology for requisition of
Source approval of material -JK CEMENT for the implied project “Mumbai -
Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project (Package No. MAHSR C-7) including
Ahmedabad & Sabarmati station”.

• Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail (MAHSR) Project is the first High Speed Rail (HSR)
network planned to be constructed in India. The MAHSR Project line connects Mumbai,
located in Maharashtra State with Ahmedabad in Gujarat State, passing through one Union
Territory, Dadra and Nagar Haveli. The entire stretch is divided into 8 packages from C1 to
C8. The Package C7 of High-Speed Rail Project is awarded to IRCON –
DINESHCHANDRA JV. The scope of work of Package C-7 consists of Design and
Construction of Civil and Building Works including Testing and Commissioning on Design
Build Lump Sum Price basis for Double Line High Speed Railway involving Ahmedabad
Station, Sabarmati Station, viaduct & Bridges , Crossing bridges (Excluding fabrication and
transportation of steel truss girders) and associated works between MAHSR Km. 489.467 and
MAHSR Km. 507.599 in the State of Gujarat for the Project for Construction of Mumbai-
Ahmedabad High Speed Rail. The alignment of the MAHSR C7 package is shown in Figure.

or in the event that the INVOICE details so uploaded by the supplier do not match, and any loss of input tax credit due to non-compliance of e-invoice
with the details available on the INVOICE issued to the Contractor / Purchaser , then in each such case the GST AMOUNT will be considered not due
for processing of payment by the Contractor / Purchaser until the Supplier fully complies with e-invoicing of the GST LAW within the time limit and only
the INVOICE amount TOTAL BASIC VALUE will be released.

12) GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The PURCHASE ORDER shall be governed by and is construed in accordance with laws of India.
In the event that any Dispute arises between the Parties, the Parties shall first use their reasonable efforts to reach an amicable solution of any Dispute
by means of direct negotiation within fifteen (15) days from the date that a Party notifies the Dispute, failing which any Party may refer such Dispute to
the Courts of Mumbai Jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the fact that settlement of dispute(s) (if any) may be pending, the SUPPLIER shall continue to be governed by and perform the work in
accordance with the provisions of the PURCHASE ORDER.
