    We, the undersigned European commission, one of the main institutions of the
    euro zone.
    The general code of local authorities, in accordance with articles R444-8,
    imposes a financial control commission (CCF) responsible for controlling the
    execution of past financial agreements with banking institutions involving
    member countries of the European Union.
    The European commission responsible for all public services with financial
    autonomy decides on the transaction carried out on the bank account of the
    organization Bourse de Financement et d’Indemnisation des Victimes
    Extorquées (BFIVE) in the amount of One Hundred and fifty thousand Euros
    (150.000,00€), funds which will be transferred to the bank details of Sir
    Francesco PARADISO.
