I am writing to complain about my order, because it was nothing like what you had promised in your
advertisement.

Firstly, in your advertisment you stated that the tulips originated from Netherlands but it was
produced in Spain. I boasted to everyone about my new Dutch tulips.

Secondly, you promised shipping a carefully packed, I was shocked when I saw the box of tulips was
damaged. I was affraid of the tulips damaged too. To my surprise I saw an additional 5 Euro for the
shipping, despite according to your advertisment 10 tulips for only €15 included post and packing.

To make matters worse, although your advertisment informed me all orders delived within two
week, my order arrived in more than three weeks. I hoped to surprise my wife for her birthday but
my order was delayed. Finally, you promised three white lilies free but I did not get a single one.

I hope you understand my disappointment. Therefore, I insist on a partial refund for extra price and I
would like to get my gift lilies, otherwise I will be forced to take legal action.

Dear Sir/Madame,

I feel I must complain about my experience of World Athletics Cup in Maryville. I spent a lot of money
for two tickets but I am very disappointed.

Firstly, according to your advertisment we can see international medal winners in all the top athletic
events, despite we have seen only two sportmen who were 800-meter runners. I love athletics and I
hoped I will see one of my favorite champions.

Furthermore, in your advertisment you state that we can park near the stadion, but in fact we have
found free car park farther than 2 kilometers from stadium. We had to walk for a half hour and we
have missed the opening celebration.

To make matters worse, when we arrived at stadium I was shocked to see the tickets were saled in
same price in the ticket office as in pre-order while you promised cheaper tickets.

Finally, we would like to have lunch however there was a fast restaurant, we had to wait more than a
hour in queue and we waited an other hour for the meals too. It was horrible.

I hope you understand my disappointment. Therefore, I would expect some discounted tickets for
the next World Athletics Cup.
