Subject: Video Conference to monitor the progress of transition to GSTN BO – reg.

Please refer to your mail dated 29.02.2024 on the above mentioned subject.

In this regard, the information sought by your office regarding the progress of
transition to GSTN BO is furnished below:

2. Some missing details of Officers for

Collection of Officer’s creation of User ID in GSTN BO were
1. details for User ID identified by DG Systems, Chennai. The
creation same is communicated with the
Commissionerates on 12.02.2024 and
replies have been sent to DG system
Chennai after rectification by CGST
Guwahati, Aizawl, Agartala, Dimapur,
Dibrugarh, Itanagar, Imphal, Shillong and
Audit Shillong.

2. Procurement of DSCs for 1. DSC Procurement is completed in CGST

field officers Imphal, Itanagar, Agartala, Aizawl.

2. CGST Dimapur, CCO Guwahati, CGST

Guwahati and Appeals Commissionerate
 GCCO/SYS/MISC/38/2023-SYS-O/o CC-CGST-ZONE-GUWAHATI
are on the verge of procurement of DSC.

3. For CGST Shillong, Dibrugarh, Audit

Commissionerate Shillong, the process for
procurement of DSC is going on. They have
been directed to procure the same
immediately and send compliance report
to this end.

Master Training for Officers of this Zone has

already been conducted by NACIN Kolkata from
05.02.2024 to 09.02.2024.
3. Training of Officers
Also an interactive session with all Master Trainer
of this Zone was held on 27.02.2024.

Action Plan for Training of Officers by Master Trainers

The Master Trainers will conduct an in-house
(i) CGST Aizawl training for the Commissionerate in the month of
March, 2024.
The office is planning to coordinate with NACIN,
(ii) CGST Agartala Shillong for conducting the training of the field
officers.
An introductory training by Master Trainers was
(iii) CGST Dimapur organized on 29.02.2024. Full training of the
remaining officers will be conducted shortly.
The Master Trainers will train few officers from
(iv) CGST Dibrugarh each Division, who will train the remaining officers
of the division.
The Master Trainers will conduct the training of
(v) CGST Guwahati
the officers in the month of March, 2024.
The Master Trainers will conduct the training of
(vi) CGST Imphal
the officers very soon.
Master Trainers will train all officers of the
(vii) CGST Itanagar
Commissionerate by the month of March, 2024.
First Batch training of officers from CGST Hqrs.
Office & Divisional Officers will be conducted from
11.03.2024 to 15.03.2024 and for the outstation
(viii) CGST Shillong
officers & ROs the training will be conducted from
18.03.2024 to 22.03.2024.

4. Special training on role Vide this Office letter dated 07.02.2024 all the
mapping for identified Commissionerates of this Zone were requested to
officers (two officers from send the nomination directly to DG Systems,
each Commissionerate) Chennai under intimation to this Office.

Accordingly CGST Aizawl, Agartala, Dimapur,

Dibrugarh, Imphal, Itanagar, Shillong, Appeals

Commissionerate Guwahati and Audit Shillong

have sent the Nomination directly to DG Systems,
Chennai.

Nomination from CGST Guwahati is under

process. They have been directed to send the
same to DG Systems, Chennai immediately
without any further delay.

Total number of pending ARNs for GST new

registration = 1396 (as on 29.02.2024)

Liquidation for pending Breakup of the pending ARNs:
