TARGET GROUP

The Project is for individuals in youthwork area, e.g.

Youth leaders, team members, junior trainers , mentors etc.

The participants should be a legal resident in a Program countries.

The participants must be 18 years or older.
The participants should be committed to attend the full duration of the Project.
Although the selection of participants has been entrusted to participating organizations, the requirement for participants is to be actively
interested in the topic of the project and to take proactive participation in its implementation.
Each participant will have to complete the participant's questionnaire and motivate why she/he wants to participate in this project and what
contribution can be made to the project (will be published after December 1, 2017).
We are expecting participants who have already participated in some projects in their organizations and have some experience in youth
activities (at least 3 months of activity). Therefore, each participant is expected to contribute as much as possible to the activities of the
project.
The participants should be well informed about their organization and prepared to explain their activities to other participants.
The working language of the Project is English.
Also, we are expecting participants with fewer opportunities. There can be young people from a disadvantaged social environment,
experiencing various social difficulties such as discrimination based on their orientation or attitudes etc.

To facilitate the implementation of a project more easily and smoothly, after December 1-st 2017
