C. Submission of the following: 1) ICT Logbook(4 templates) 2) Submission of DCP M& E
Reports from the RO for the period Jan-June & July-December 2023; and

D. Other IT related concerns(MS 365 account of school, teachers and learners), Utilization of
Adobe Account, Internet Connectivity in Schools, Online Excel Links for IT related reports &
other documents needed in preparation for SDO validation.

Reminders before, during and after delivery of the said packages to school
especially that the delivery of said packages will be scheduled on December
27-29, 2023 to January 3-5, 2024:

softcopy and hardcopy of the School Readiness Checklist (SRC) Form
(with attachment of pictures and Inspectorate Team) especially the
security of the e-classroom (door and window grills were installed and the
provision of tables and cabinet with lock).

✓ The School ICT Coordinator will accomplish the provided drive/sheet link posted in
their respective group chat for the documentation and information of the items
received by the school (Serial Numbers and Status of the received items). In case there
are findings of non-functional items the cost will be shouldered by the school which
can be charged to school MOOE since the said packages are already out of
warranty. Please be informed that the Regional Office allocated budget for
replacement of non-functional items(battery) for thirteen(13) units of laptops only.

✓ Selected District ICT Coordinators (Gigmoto-Chito Caranza,
Bato-Paul Xavier Tejerero and Viga-Nelvin Villamartin) are
requested to help the ICTU in the preparation and delivery of said IT
packages to schools and the services rendered by the Teachers and
Compensatory Overtime Credit for the Non-Teaching Personnel will
be granted per CSC & DBM Joint Circular No. 2 s. 2014. The
following corrections for the DCP FY 2020 recipient schools will be
made due to typographical error (No. 79-Quezon ES(4 packages) and
No. 80-Rizal ES(4 packages) while No. 81-Roxas ES(1 package) and
No. 82-Sagrada ES(1 package). Other provisions stated in DM No.
467 s. 2023 shall be enforced

In accordance with OUA-Memorandum: OUA-OUT-010524-I1-1
"Implementation of Storage Limits for DepEd Google Upon investigation and as confirmed by our Google
Workspace for Education Accounts" dated January 5, 2024, counterpart, Google has enforced the storage limit for the
DepEd and Google have implemented storage cap across all whole organization which causes the service disruption. Google
users in the Department of Education (100 GB for employees, (US) will provide the fix as soon as possible. However, today is a

at 12:00 AM. a delay in their fix.
While DepEd's storage as a whole organization is beyond the
Services that may experience disruption are the following:

levels.
2.Transfer time sensitive and essential files such as documents,
spreadsheets, forms and presentations to Microsoft 365.
