Effective Axial Stiffness of Concrete Section

According to ACI 224.2R-92, Section 4.1
INPUT DATA:
Concrete fc`= 30 MPa
Section Thickness = 220 mm
Section width = 1000 mm
Section total RFT = 1356 mm2
Axial tension force = 500 kN
Calculate using: CEB approach

OUTPUT DATA:
Concrete tensile strength ft`= 1.81 MPa Eq. (3.2)
Modular ratio (n) = 7.8
Reinforcement ratio (r) = 0.62%
Cracking load (Pcr) = 414 kN Eq. (2.1)
Gross area (Ag) = 229,179 mm 2

Effective area (Ae) = 134,865 mm2 Eq. (4.13)

Effective stiffness (EAe)= 9E+08 N Eq. (4.8)

Effective concrete axial stiffness = 0.15 of gross axial stiffness
