Explain your answer.
 Parikh’s model is the favorable situation for the entrepreneurs. Because the
ancient wisdom of many Hindu scriptures can and should be appropriated to
business practice. In Bhagavad Gita, entrepreneurs should focus on their thoughts
and actions rather than the outcome of those actions. And for the Dharma, it is the
right path for the entrepreneurs that will uphold the family and the organizational
social fabric.

2. Which of the three (3) models promote sustainability? Explain your answer.
 Naert’s model is the one that promotes sustainability because they create a win-
win relation with positive gains for both business and society. Companies should
create an economic value by developing, producing, and delivering goods and
services and by doing this they try to maximize value that is maximizing the
difference between benefits and cost.

3. Which of the three (3) models promote an ethical culture in business? Explain your
answer.
 Van Duzer’s model is the one who promotes an ethical culture for business. They
create work that allows people through their labor to sustain their lives and the
work should be meaningful and creative in ways that allow for the development
of human potential and extend far beyond mere material sustenance. It focuses on
the customers and broader community and it has a role of bringing products to
market.
