Elective Residency Application
1. Italian 5 year Residency Application - Elective Residency Program.
2. Engagement Agreement signed as a legal document and invoice issued and
registered with The Italian Chamber of Commerce.
3. Application and approval of tax code (Codice Fiscale) will be provided by the
Italian Agenzia Entrate government website.
4. Official registering of a property (organised by us).
5. Shenghen Visa Type D is required to be procured by applicant (We will provide
all supporting documents for client to obtain this).
6. Travel to Italy to complete biometrics is required.
7. Airport pickup; 1 night hotel stay & dinner included by Italian Residency.
8. Online application status tracking is available with the Questure Poliziadistato
government website. Guaranteed completion - timeframe: 10 weeks.
