Who we are
Founded in 2018 in Orvieto, Umbria - now based across Napoli,
Sorrento and Rome. Italian Residency was created to promote the
beauty of Italy and the benefits of living here, not just from a
lifestyle point of view but from a fiscal advantage point.

Over the last few years the Italian Government has recognised the

residency forms and documents. This detailed process takes several weeks

 Pre-approval
1. Our due diligence and compliance approval of applicants.
2. Preliminary questionnaire is necessary for us to collect your
confidential information.
3. Valid passport copy (all pages), proof of residence (utility bill) ,
National ID or Tax code number of your country.
4. A positive result will be valid for 5 days, due to security
reasons (legally binding contract will be enacted for both
Residency and Citizenship stages).
5. Timeframe: 1-3 days.
6. Fee: €1,000 deposit (per applicant) and refundable if
compliance is not a positive result.

Elective Residency Application
1. Italian 5 year Residency Application - Elective Residency Program.
2. Engagement Agreement signed as a legal document and invoice issued and
registered with The Italian Chamber of Commerce.
3. Application and approval of tax code (Codice Fiscale) will be provided by the
Italian Agenzia Entrate government website.
4. Official registering of a property (organised by us).
5. Shenghen Visa Type D is required to be procured by applicant (We will provide
all supporting documents for client to obtain this).
6. Travel to Italy to complete biometrics is required.
7. Airport pickup; 1 night hotel stay & dinner included by Italian Residency.
8. Online application status tracking is available with the Questure Poliziadistato
government website. Guaranteed completion - timeframe: 10 weeks.
