Our project is dedicated to revolutionizing academic issue resolution at Plaksha


University through the implementation of a comprehensive Complain Ticket Website
App. This solution will serve as a unified platform for students to voice academic
concerns, while also providing valuable data for analysis and generating frequently
asked questions (FAQs) to streamline communication.

The Complaint Ticket Website App empowers students to effortlessly submit academic
concerns, spanning from course-related inquiries to administrative challenges. The
app's user-friendly interface will ensure a seamless process for reporting issues. Once a
complaint is lodged, students can actively track its progress and receive timely updates
on its resolution. This real-time transparency fosters a sense of ownership and
accountability in addressing student concerns.

Every classroom will be equipped with a device for students to instantly share feedback
on lessons. The system will include a specialized interface with a rating form designed
solely for classroom experiences. Collected data from this form will be instantly
transmitted to the academic office, therefore improving the learning experience for
students.

One of the remarkable features of our system is its capacity for data collection and
analysis. The information gathered through the app will enable comprehensive data
analysis, shedding light on what aspects of the academic experience are effective and
which require improvement. Faculty members can leverage these insights to tailor their
teaching methods and enhance the overall learning journey.

Moreover, our project addresses the issue of redundant communication by generating


FAQs from the app's data. Frequently asked questions will be identified and published,
offering students quick access to answers without flooding the academic office with
repetitive emails.
Incorporating these elements, the Complaint Ticket Website App for Academic Office
aligns seamlessly with Plaksha University's commitment to excellence. By combining
data-driven insights, real-time issue resolution, and effective communication strategies,
we aspire to foster an academic environment where student concerns are proactively
