The greatest program where you can study in London.

Introduction:
I have recently completed a three-week study and work programme in London. This
document will focus on the evaluation of the program, the effectiveness in the real world and
recommendations, how they can improve by making minor changes.

Evaluation: study+work
This program has provided me a valuable opportunity to improve my English language skills
and gain work experience. The working English lessons were well-structured, with
knowledgeable professors who organized different classes to accommodate various skill
levels. All these classes helped me improve my level, in particular in speaking and
comprehension.
Working for a local company in the afternoons provided experience for a professional
setting, allowing me to apply the skills learned in the mornings to real-life situations. The
practical exposure has been crucial in expanding my understanding of the lenguaje.
For me, the most useful thing in this program was being able to apply the skills learned in
class outside, in a company talking to clients in English, there’s no better way to practice
than talking with native speakers and maintaining a conversation with them.

Recommendations:
For the next years programme, I recommend few improvements
1. Integration of Theory and Practice: the morning classes were effective, but
incorporating more practical exercises related to work scenarios could further
strengthen the learning outcomes.
2. Diversification of more placements: offering a wider range of work placements would
meet the diverse interests and career aspirations of participants.

In conclusion, the study work and programme provides a good experience, combining
theoretical learning with practical application. With some changes in the integration and
diversification the programme will become more impactful for future participants.
