The land lord is a registered proprietor of NDIWALANA E. MUSOKE ESTATES situated on Plot in
Namusera/Ganda Estate Ganda Nansana and Namusera Wakiso Town council, Wakiso District and have
been completed ready for occupation, he is desirous of letting portion of the demised premises
delineated as "Hse No....... ." on elevated floor level.

WITNESSETH as follows: -
