Subject : Technical Information of APCS 19C over Stainless steel

We would like to confirm and assure the suitability of our following product under APCS 19C paint
systems over Stainless Steel surface.

Interzone 1000 can be applied over Stainless steel substrate as following to below surface
preparation.

Care should be taken to make sure appropriate surface preparation is treated with proper manners,
as per our product data sheet. All surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry and free contamination,
and should be assessed and treated in accordance with ISO 8504:2000.

It is required to sweep blasting as per SSPC SP16, with min. profiles 60microns.

Coating application should be carried out in accordance with Saudi Aramco SAES H 004 specification,
and product data sheet.
