    - Overwrite your " fastman92limitAdjuster_GTASA.ini " with my one from this mod
    - Move " UtagawaEX " folder into your modloader folder
    - And then play the game, all done!

    You can either enter the map by a cheat code " utag " or by going into the entrance
    shown in the image " LOCATION.png "

    PS: If you want a simpler version that doesn't require the Fastman92limitadjuster
    you can have it by downloading an alternative version at my blog, it doesn't have
    peds though.
