R. 27.0(d) On November 3, 2011, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington filed a brief as amicus curiae. The brief is non-compliant because it does not contain the statement required by Fed. R. App. P. 29(c)(5). The statement must indicate whether: (A) A party's counsel authored the brief in whole or in part; (B) a party or a party's counsel contributed money that was intended to fund preparing or submitting the brief; and (C) a person -- other than the amicus curiae, its members or its counsel -- contributed money that was intended to fund preparing or submitting the brief and, if so, identifies each such person. In addition, Attorney Alan B. Morrison must file an appearance form required by Local Rules 46(a)(2) and 12(a).
