    Edrian Chavez Franca, who was 1 month old. The incident occurred on March 1,
    2024 at Purok 1 Barangay San Antonio, Sto. Tomas City, Batangas and I want to
    assure you that there was no foul play involved.
    We understand that this news may be distressing, and we are committed to
    providing support and assistance to the family during this difficult time. We ask for
    your understanding and respect for their privacy as they grieve this profound loss.
