CONDUCT OF REGULAR SCHOOL VISITS AND DATA SUBMISSION

ON ISSUES AND CONCERNS

Education Program Supervisors
Public Schools District Supervisors
Public Elementary and Secondary Schoolheads
All Others Concerned

1. Relative to DepEd Memorandum OASOPS No. 2023-092, dated March

5, 2023, on the Conduct of Regular School Visits and Submission of Data on
the Issues and Concerns Raised and Interventions Provided Therein, this
Office shall adopt this scheme which will start immediately upon release of
this communication.

2. The Public Schools District Supervisors (PSDSs) and their partner

Education Program Supervisors (EPSs) are required to observe this
undertaking through regular monitoring of the schools under their
respective jurisdiction.

3. The PSDSs shall visit a minimum of two different schools which are
not previously monitored while the EPSs shall have one school per week.

4. The issues and concerns raised, including the interventions provided

during the school visit shall be submitted regularly every Friday, 5:00 p.m.,
starting tomorrow, May 12, 2023, through this link:
