High technology formulated polymeric resin designed

BONDING AGENT 880
Water base resin bonding agent applied to base substrate for cement mortar and all kind of
cementitious products.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTION

APPLICATION INSTRUCTION
1. Apply WATERPROOFING 230 PU System to any dry
concrete or masonry surface. Test in a small area before any
application.

2. Use a low-pressure sprayer - back-pack type - or brush


roll on.

3. Treat entire surface area using approximately 1 liter per

coverage can change depending on the material being
treated. 4 square meters per one liter is about the average.

fast and effective but will give you an average application rate.

in 5 hours. For water pond testing – wait 36 hours for standard wet areas. For com-
mercial R.C water tanks they will need a full curing time of 5 days before filling with
water for pond/water-tight testing.

UNIVERSAL PRIMER 500
Universal Primer 500 is a rapid drying solvent free low VOC
water based acrylic primer. For use over porous and non porous
substrates such as existing tiles, old paint (with the exception of oil
based paints), vinyl adhesive, vinyl tiles, carpet adhesive residue,
metal surfaces, sealed or burnished concrete floors. Universal Primer
500 is compatible with cement based ceramic tile adhesives.

High performances multi-purposed cement sand render

APPLICATION INSTRUCTION
Mix approx. 8-9 liters of water with every 40kg of RENDER
PREMIX 630. Stir thoroughly with a high speed drill mixer
for approximately five(5) minutes to form a lump free and
homogeneous paste.

Apply the mixture onto the substrate evenly with a towel. After
the required thickness has been achieved, sprinkle a small
portion of water evenly onto the surface, trowel gently and
set to dry to achieve smooth finishing. To achieve a rough
finish, let the plaster surface partially dry and rub gently with
a wet sponge.
