EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

THIS AGREEMENT made as of DATE between COMPANY NAME, a corporation incorporated


under the Labuan Companies Act 1990 (the "Employer"); and EMPLOYEE NAME (the
"Employee").

WHEREAS the Employer desires to obtain the benefit of the services of the Employee, and
the Employee desires to render such services on the terms and conditions set forth.

IN CONSIDERATION of the promises and other good and valuable consideration (the
sufficiency and receipt of which are hereby acknowledged) the parties agree as follows:

1. Employment
The Employee agrees that he will at all times faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his
skill, ability, experience and talents, perform all of the duties required of his position. In
carrying out these duties and responsibilities, the Employee shall comply with all Employer
policies, procedures, rules and regulations, both written and oral, as are announced by the
Employer from time to time. It is also understood and agreed to by the Employee that his
assignment, duties and responsibilities and reporting arrangements may be changed by the
Employer in its sole discretion without causing termination of this agreement.

2. Position (to change according to role)


Title as a Manager, the Employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake
the following responsibilities in a professional manner.
a) The Manager shall carry out each of the functions of his/her position as well
as, if necessary, any others related thereto and shall perform his/her duties
with efficiency, diligence, care and conscientiousness. The Manager shall
devote his/her best efforts to promote the interests of the Company and all
its activities.
b) Manager is responsible to provide business solutions to customers in all
forms to drive new and current business. This includes:
• ensuring all business content, consistent in terms of quality and results,
• optimized for search and user satisfaction.
• mapping out a business strategy that supports and extends marketing
initiatives, both short and long term, determine which methods works for the
company and continuous evolvement of strategy is required.
• the development of functional content throughout the enterprise verticals
and defining the Board of Directors in each vertical to particular groups.

• conducting ongoing usability tests to gauge system effectiveness. Gathering


data and handle analytics and make recommendations based on those
results.
• developing and implementing standards systems and best practices for both
human and technological for development, system creation, distribution,
maintenances.
• leveraging market data to develop system solution and execute the plan to
develop the assets that support customer's demand and requirement
• establishing workflow for requesting, creating, development of system
• ensuring consistent global experience and implement appropriate strategies.
c) Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the
employee.

3. Salary
a) As full compensation for all services provided the employee shall be paid at
the rate of RM (Ringgit Malaysia:) per month. Such payments shall be subject
to such normal statutory deductions by the Employer.
b) The salary mentioned in paragraph (l)(a) shall be review on an annual basis.
(d) All reasonable expenses arising out of employment shall be reimbursed
assuming same have been authorized prior to being incurred and with the
provision of appropriate receipts.

4. Vacation
The Employee shall be entitled to vacations in the amount of 30 days per annum.

5. Working Hours and Location


9:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday
Lunch hours are from 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm

6. Confidentiality
The confidential nature of the Company's work is such that under no circumstances
may it be discussed outside the office or inside the office with persons who are not
entitled to such information.

7. Termination
Either the employee or Company shall be required to give to the other written notice
of his/her intention to terminate the contract of service one (1) months in advance;
and pay in lieu of notice. The employee agrees to return any property of the
Employer at the time of termination.

8. Handing over company property


a) When an employee leaves the Company's employment permanently for
whatever reason, he shall hand over all the Company's property or
whatsoever entrusted to him/her, he is required to receive a staff clearance
form or an acknowledge letter from the Management discharging him/her of
his/her responsibility.
b) In the event of non-compliance of this rule, the Company will take upon itself
to deduct or withhold payment for whatever monies or assessed value of the
Company's property from the employee's salary.
c) In a similar manner, loss of Company's property entrusted to the employee
during his/her service will be assessed and debited from the balance of
his/her salary.

9. Entire Agreement
This agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties, superseding in all
respects any and all prior oral or written agreements or understandings pertaining to the
employment of the Employee by the Employer and shall be amended or modified only by
written instrument signed by both of the parties hereto.

10. Severability
The parties hereto agree that in the event any article or part thereof of this agreement is
held to be unenforceable or invalid then said article or part shall be struck and all remaining
provision shall remain in full force and effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Employer has caused this agreement to be executed by its duly
authorized officers and the Employee has set his hand as of the date first above written.
