    formally notify you of our intention to terminate the Lease Agreement dated 31-10-2023, for the
    premises situated at 05, 06 & 07 Queen Road, Omer Park, Sargodha executed between you and
    the ISMMART Group of Industries Private Limited.

    Please consider this letter as our official notice of termination, effective from the date of
    this correspondence. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter. Should
    you require any further information or need to discuss any aspect of this termination, please do
    not hesitate to contact us.
