Greetings of the day!

Sub: Regarding Open House for the classes I to IX & XI

The School is completing the Term –II / Annual Examination assessment for classes I to IX &
XI. We are pleased to inform you that we are organizing Term –II / Annual Examination
Tuesday, 19 March 2024 for the classes I to IX & XI as per the schedule given below through
Offline mode to discuss the performance of our students and to have a meaningful interaction
with our parents. We understand the importance of safety and wellbeing of all our parents /
students, we would request you to utilize this opportunity and have a crisp and short meeting
with the teachers to interact about the academic progress of your child.

All the subject answer books of your ward are available with the class teachers and you will be
shown them at the time of Open House. If ever you get any queries related to various subject
papers or mark related issue occurs in any subject, then that is required to be mentioned in
the query sheet by the parent and no answer sheets are allowed to be taken to the subject
teachers during the open House. The class teacher will consult the subject teacher after the
open House for queries raised by the parents and the same is expected to be resolved in next
2 working days.
