Subject: Request Review - ComUnited Way Location Renovation.

Dear Cathy,

I hope you are doing well, and thank you for your mail, about the project expedition. As
the spring/summer season is arriving there is a substantial increase in workload and we
are already booked for the season. We are already working as per the scheduled plan
and it is very difficult for us to complete the project two months before the proposed
date.

As you are aware of our company's policies, we assign our contractors, at the
beginning of the project, and strictly follow the municipal guidelines for construction
working hours I. E. (7:00 am to 6:00 pm) in the downtown core, which would prohibit us
from asking our staff for overtime hours.

But we can come up with other arrangements, as the ground floor of the building is
already completed and we are on the verge of completion for the first floor. I suggest
that you can utilise these two levels for your charity event and my workers can work
simultaneously on the other two floors.

Thanks again for your business and thank you for giving us chance to serve the
community.

Kind Regards,
Jordan Samson
