receipt of which is hereby acknowledged from ALBERT SANTOS. BONTOC likewise of legal
age, with resident address at #47 Dahlia Avenue, West Fairview Quezon City, hereinafter
referred to as the VENDEE.

The VENDOR hereby transfer to the said VENDEE, its successors and assigns, the
absolute ownership, possession and use of the said motor vehicle.

Furthermore, the VENDOR hereby acknowledges that the said motor vehicle is free
from any and all liens and encumbrances and that I will defend the title and rights of the
VENDEE from any claims of whatever kind or nature from third persons.
