First and foremost, Alhamdulillah praises Allah SWT for giving us the opportunity to finish this
social media report successfully. With the guts and guidance that He gives to us, it helps us to find
the material and information and we could finish up this course work assessment for the ENT530
on time.

Besides, we would like to express our gratitude to our lecturer for this subject, Principle of
Entrepreneurship (ENT530), Sir Mohd Zainuri bin Muhammad, his kindness in helping us during
the process of completing this report. His dedication in giving all the knowledge about this subject
has made this social media project easily to be done although we had faced several problems.
Without his help, we would not be able to finish this social media report.

An honorable mention goes to our family and friends for being generous in sharing their
knowledge on entrepreneurship in social media. During the three months, we have learnt a lot
about doing business online and that it is not an easy journey to become a good and successful
entrepreneur. All downs in business can only be overcome with perseverance and the ups can be
achieved through hard work. Through these problems, we manage to become more organized and
mature in dealing with problems that occur during my business. This social media portfolio covers
social media business using Facebook, sales revenue, creating soft sell, hard sell, and teaser to
attract customers.

We also want to thank our beloved customer willing to accept our services and put trust in our
business. We will keep improving our skills to make a better outcome in the future. Last but not
least, we once again show our gratitude to all parties who have directly and indirectly contributed
to the success of our social media project.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Btox Flush is the new product for those who need to keep slim and having problem regarding their
weight. The reason why we choose Btox Flush as our product is because we sure that most of the
people nowadays having a same problem which is, get no control over their nutrition. The most
common issue of citizens among this country also about having dishes and will facing the main
problem which is overweight. That issues will come out the high percentage in diabetes. The
business ownership of this product is by Noratirah Adila binti Muhairi and Norlatifah binti Nawi.
Our business was initiated in the October 2023.

MUA celebrity, Bella Park is a Founder of Btox Flush. Seeing her in progressing of losing her
weight very strongly desire us to become her agent. Btox Flush come out with natural ingredients
which is combination of wheat fiber, apple fiber, peach, ginger extract, oat fiber, lemon and last
but not least hawthorn extract. Our business currently operates at No 233, Wakaf Stan, Kubang
Kerian, 16150, Kota Bharu, Kelantan.

To expand our business even more, we agreed upon the agreement to promote our business with a
social media platform which is Facebook. Our mission in business is to widen all over the states
in Malaysia in order to introduce our ‘masterpiece’ best-selling to the customers, hence, use social
media platform. From Facebook, we are able to gain customers after promoting our products to
Facebook by posting hardsell, softsell and teasers along that are only oriented with our business
product which is Btox Flush Meanwhile, our vision is to provide a good quality service to the
customers and to acquire a great customer experience by setting the price of RM59.90.

The main factors that influence our sales are based on demographic sectors which encompasses the
age of customers, genders, rate of income and type of lifestyles. Prior to this business, most of our
customers are comes in variety of consumer that for the main purpose which is want to lose the
weight.

4.0 INTRODUCTION OF BUSINESS

4.1 Name and address of business

Beautyslimz is a business name that we had decided based on our product. It is a name that
is easy to remember. The combination of these words is beauty and slim. Our business
motto is “Everyone can beauty with beautyslimz'' which shows that our supplements Btox
Flush is worth buying if you want to lose weight. Our business is located at No 233, Wakaf
Stan, Kubang Kerian, 16150, Kota Bharu, Kelantan. As for our target market, Btox Flush
is targeted for everyone who wants to lose their weight. All genders are included. Our target
client with income ranging from low to high since we provide a product at a price that is
affordable for all.

4.2 Organizational chart

Beautyslimz Btox Flush is a partnership business form. This is because our business is only
a start-up business and only operates as a small business. Our business, which is
Beautyslimz is managed by Norlatifah Binti Nawi as owner and financing manager while
Noratirah Adila Binti Muhairi as an owner and marketing manager. Both of us manage and
operate the business together and share its profits. In the future, we try to expand our
business widely everywhere and we hope to open a store offline.

4.3 Mission / Vision

Mission

Beautyslimz business are selling slimming product, which is Btox Flush. Btox Flush is a
supplement who helps people to lose weight with natural ingredients. The ingredients in
Btox Flush are peach powder, lemon powder, isomaltulose, hawthorn extract, ginger
extract, apple fiber, oat fiber, wheat fiber and inulin. All the ingredients are safe to
consume without any side effects to our bodies. Our business aims at maintaining the
highest standards in terms of customer services and the quality of our products. In addition,
we also try to achieve every customer's satisfaction and expectations in our local slimming
product. As a result, our product can maintain the reputation in the supplements industry
market.

Vision

As we provide slimming products, we do have many local competitors in the market. We


aim to be a business company that can provide customer experience that encourages repeat
products. Our goal is to be a business company that can produce different kinds of local
slimming products with high quality supplements and of course effective that can solve our
customer’s weights problems. We want to maintain our brand name and reputation as a
brand that produces high quality and effective products.

4.4 Descriptions of products / services

Btox Flush with a natural ingredient that combine of wheat fiber, apple fiber, peach, ginger
extract, oat fiber, lemon and last but not least hawthorn extract. Btox flush is packaging in a sachet
which for one box consist of 10 sachets. 10 sachet is for 10 days consumed. Btox flush is prefer to
consume at night. For those who is overweight, we prefer to consume 2 sachet a day for more result
in losing their weight.

6.0 CONCLUSION

In conclusion, Beautyslimz was so thrilled to be joining business as a partnership based on business


ownership. From operating this business, both of us are able to obtain a lot of business focus on
business experience in terms of sales, customer relationship, products and so on. Adding to that,
we as business owners of Btox Flush (slimming products) from Beautyslimz are glad because we
were provided with chances to serve our customers with a good product from a marketing
perspective.

Besides, in the years ahead we are already planning our business to widen even more by building
our own business premises. This because we would like to achieve our goals which is to create
dropshipper and agents to all over states in Malaysia. Along with that, we have already constructed
our own business strategy in order to run our business smoothly without any disruption. For the
past two months, it has helped us even more specially to fill us with business information and such.

Apart from that, we will try our best to serve our customers with a lot of benefits through our
products so that we can gain trust from customers easily. Beautyslimz involvement with Facebook
has given a huge impact to people around the country because they are able to be introduced with
our Btox Flush. As a result, our customers come from various states in Malaysia which is a good
indicator to our business that we succeed in approaching customers with our business strategy.
