Subject: Request to Use Umali Gym for Talugtug Volleyball Club's Inter-Barangay 3-Day League

Dear Mayor Monta,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to seek your kind permission on
behalf of the newly recognized youth-serving organization, Talugtug Volleyball Club (TVC) with Local
Registration Number: 2023 YO-001, to use the Umali Gym for our first “Inter-Barangay Volleyball
League”.
We have carefully planned the 3-day League to be held on August 26-28, 2023, starting at 7:00 am in the
morning and concluding at 7:00 pm in the evening. The Umali Gym being a spacious facility and well-
lighted make it an ideal venue for our event. Its central location will ensure easy accessibility for all
participants and spectators.
To make this event a success, we kindly request your support in granting us permission to use the Umali
Gym for the aforementioned duration. We assure you that we will take full responsibility for the proper use
and care of the premises during the league. Additionally, we commit to adhering to all the rules and
regulations set by the Municipality of Talugtug regarding the use of municipal facilities.
We understand that the availability of the Umali Gym is subject to prior reservations and scheduling, and
we are willing to adjust our proposed date and time if necessary. Our aim is to work closely with the
municipality and ensure a seamless coordination of this event, making it a memorable and enjoyable
experience for all participants.
We believe that the TVC's Inter Barangay Volleyball League will contribute to the overall development
and well-being of the youth in our municipality. By granting us permission to use the Umali Gym, you will
not only encourage active engagement in sports but also support the growth of the TVC as a youth-
serving organization in our municipality.
