TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
In hiring academic dress and regalia from Academic Dress Hire the Customer is responsible for the
goods and any damage or loss sustained while in their care. If any items are returned to Academic
Dress Hire in other than good condition the Customer may incur the full cost of cleaning, repair or
replacement of that item.
The Customer shall reimburse Academic Dress Hire for the balance of the replacement cost of any items
not returned or returned requiring repairs which in the opinion of Academic Dress Hire it is not
commercially viable to repair, owing to either cost or inability to match material and /or cut.
PAYMENT
Payment for goods in full is required before the stock will be released to the Customer.
ONLINE DIRECT DEPOSIT PAYMENTS SHOULD BE MADE AT LEAST 4 WORKING DAYS BEFORE COLLECTION TO
AUSTRALIAN GRADUATION SPECIALISTS, BSB 065004 ACCOUNT NUMBER 11125597. PLEASE QUOTE YOUR NAME
IN THE REFERENCE FIELD.
