Subject: Donation and Transfer of NBDB Properties

Dear Sir/Madam:

Warm greetings from the National Book Development Board (NBDB)!

We are a government agency attached to the Department of Education (DepEd) created

pursuant to R.A. 8047. We work towards strengthening reading culture and Filipino
authorship, as well as creating a conducive environment for the growth of the book
publishing industry both the home market and the export market.

We have properties for donation and/or transfer “at no cost” in one lot (All-in, Take-all).
Our appraised inventory list (copy attached) valued the said properties at PhP69,981.86.

We intend to transfer the said properties before the end of March, 2024. Should you be
interested to be the donee or recipient of the said properties, we have hope to get your
feedback and reply from you within 10 working days upon receipt of this letter. You may
visit our office to view the said properties at 4th floor, Regalado Hive Bldg., Regalado
Avenue, Fairview, Quezon City 1118 from March 1 to 11, 2024 (9:00 am to 4:00 pm). For
