Application for seeking permission for disposal of the challan after putting up
the same and releasing the Documents Impounded/kept in the above noted
challan.
Hon’ble Sir/Madam,

It is most respectfully showeth as under:-

1. That the above noted challan is pending and concern authority has not presented
the above said challan before the Ho’nble Court.
2. That the above noted challan is pending for the final disposal of the challan.
3. That the application is ready to deposit the penalty what so ever will be imposed by
this Hon’ble Court at the time of disposal off the challan.
4. That the document taken by the local police in the above noted challan may kindly
be delivered to the applicant.
5. That the applicant is working in a private company and mostly used to travel due to
office work.
6. That the application is a law binding person and is a respectable person of the
society and in future he will abide by all the traffic rules under Motor Vehicle Act.

notice to the concern authority to present the above noted challan before the Hon’ble Court
for release the above said documents which ever impound in the challan of the applicant, in
