1.Operate Light Vehicle Safely

Learning Outcome: Upon completion of this unit, learners will be able to operate a light vehicle
safely by demonstrating proficiency in vehicle operation, traffic rules adherence, and emergency
response, including:

1.1 Starting and shutting down the vehicle safely.


1.2 Adapting driving behavior to various road and weather conditions.
1.3 Using signals effectively for communication with other road users.
1.4 Responding to emergencies such as breakdowns or accidents.

2. Follow Traffic Laws and Regulations

Learning Outcome: Upon completion of this unit, learners will be able to follow traffic laws and
regulations by:

2.1 Understanding and adhering to speed limits, right-of-way rules, and traffic signs.
2.2 Executing safe maneuvers at intersections, roundabouts, and during lane changes.
