Step 1: Prepare all the ingredients for the hotshara.
Step 4: Squeeze the papaya. Make sure that your hands are clean.
Step 5: Put all the ingredients in a pan except the carrots and papaya.

The business is composed of (11) members in which they are capable of creating and
producing a fresh, delicious, and nutritious product. Each of the members has their roles and
responsibilities.

After the Atsara was made. The product is stored in a safe and clean container. The

Most of the ingredients of this product are purchased from the Public Market and in the
grocery store.

The one who is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the
operations of a business unit. To insure the daily functioning of every
members in a business.
Administrator Manager
Who supervise day-to-day and taking corrective action when necessary.
Developing, reviewing, and improving policies of a business.
Financial Manager
The one who finance daily report, monitoring cash flow, and investigate
ways to improve profitability.
Production Officer
Who planned and organized the production schedule. Recommend
process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer
specifications. Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high
