Executive Summary
Luscious Carica Company is a new established company in which
provides a good and satisfying quality of product. It is new business and a form
of partnership having the objectives of providing the wants and to feel satisfy of
every costumer. It gave fair value to the costumer and they enjoy the taste that
they can never forget and to make them crave for more. Having a vision, our
cooperative will last long and can make an extension and continue beautifying
for the progress.

Business Description

Hotshara de luscious is the brand name in which Luscious Carica


Corporation produced. It creates a magical satisfying experience for every
costumer because of its juicy taste, mouthwatering packaging, good quality,
and affordable price. The company planed the concept and flow of the business
before the product was produced. The product was chosen because of its
uniqueness; spicy taste that contains carrots and cucumber. This product is
suitable for those who love spicy and it was perfect for appetizer. It is located at
Zone 7, Barangay Kalasungay. Kalasungay Malaybalay City, Bukidnon
Philippines.

Product Description

The company’s Atsara is delicious, piping hot, and sweet that will satisfy every costumer.
This product is well known in the entire Philippines that is commonly served as a side dish or an
appetizer. Atsara is high in fiber and it contains vitamin C and A which is good for your skin and
for your digestion.

Target Market
Luscious Carica Company is a new established company in which product is at high and

good quality. The product is full of nutrients and it is unique because of its juicy and spicy taste,

mouthwatering, packaging and quality. This product is suitable for those who love spicy and it

was perfect for appetizer. The company make an online posting with good and friendly

promotion to educate the costumers to buy the product.

Marketing Strategy

The Luscious Carica Company was used ‘Online Posting Business Strategy’ and ‘Direct

Selling Strategy’. To promote the product and to collaborate with the consumers, and educate

them to buy the product. The aim of this business is to PRODUCED+SELL=PROFIT.

Production Plan
Step 1: Prepare all the ingredients for the hotshara.

1 small pack of Sili


3 pcs. of Atsal
2 whole Papaya
3 pcs. of onions and 3 pcs.of ginger
1 teaspoon of salt
3 teaspoons of white sugar
2 packs of Vinegar
3 pcs. of carrots
3 pcs. Cucumber

Step 2: Grate the Carrots and the Papaya.

Step 3: Put 3 teaspoons of salt to the papaya.

Step 4: Squeeze the papaya. Make sure that your hands are clean.

Step 5: Put all the ingredients in a pan except the carrots and papaya.

Step 6: Add the carrots to the pan.

Step 7: Mix it well for at least 2 minutes.

Step 8: Set aside and let it chill for 5 minutes.

Step 9: When the mixture is already cool, add the papaya.

Step 10: Mix it well.

Step 11: Put this in the container and it is ready to sell.

The business is composed of (11) members in which they are capable of creating and

producing a fresh, delicious, and nutritious product. Each of the members has their roles and

responsibilities.

INVENTORY

After the Atsara was made. The product is stored in a safe and clean container. The

product is stored within 7 days.

SUPPLIES

Most of the ingredients of this product are purchased from the Public Market and in the

grocery store.

General Manager
The one who is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the
operations of a business unit. To insure the daily functioning of every
members in a business.

Administrator Manager
Who supervise day-to-day and taking corrective action when necessary.
Developing, reviewing, and improving policies of a business.

Financial Manager
The one who finance daily report, monitoring cash flow, and investigate
ways to improve profitability.

Production Officer
Who planned and organized the production schedule. Recommend
process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer
specifications. Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high
quality and timely delivery of products.

Sales Officer
The one who is calling potential costumer to explain the business
product and encourage them to purchase.
