Dear Parents and Guardians,

Good Day!

The City Government of Iligan – Tourism annually celebrates Huni sa Kagahapon, A Choral Competition in celebration of the
City’s Musikahan Festival 2024. In line with this, the SPA Music 7 & 10 classes will be embarking in the said competition this coming
March 22, 2024 at City Public Plaza 6pm. This will be the very first performance in a choral competition but this’ll definitely not the
last.
Please do fill-up the Parent’s Permit/Waiver below to signify whether your student is allowed or not allowed to join the said
competition. We’d also like YOUR PRESENCE during the competition to witness their performances. This’ll give them a boost in their
self-confidence.
No collection of any amount is needed for the competition since they will be using the same costume/attire from their recital .
