16/8/2021 • Created a project timeline for the 5S implementation on Excel and drafted a proposal
for the 5S implementation.

• Mr. Gue delegated tasks to upload the action list file to Microsoft Teams and follow-up
with the trainer via email regarding the uploading training materials to Microsoft
Teams.

17/8/2021 • Participated in the 2nd session of the NJ Lean and Continuous Improvement meeting.
During this session, Mr. Vinicius Pinheiro and Mrs. Ana Clara Silva from the Rio team
shared their perspectives and results from the 5S implementation in Rio. I also
presented the proposal to the group, which included the steps to implement 5S and
the timeline for the 5S implementation project. We concluded from the discussion that
several challenges are associated with implementing the 5S, including engaging the
team, sustaining the 5S programme, maintaining the team's focus despite high
demand, difficulties setting up the tools, material availability, etc.

• Had a discussion with Mr. Wai Chet Hong about how to design a tool for EH5 that would
allow the secondary release plate to be inserted into the penetrator body of the EH5.

18/8/2021 • Participated in 2.0 EHCM meeting. In this session, Mr. Eduardo, Industrial Engineer from
Rio shared with us the 2.0 EHCM (Electric Hydraulic Control Module) process focused
on the assembly and test shop floor needs. Assembly procedures included the assembly
of CIMVs, HCR Mounting Base, compensator bottles, panels and MQCs, front blank
panel, control tubing installation, and etc.

• Attended the SS 2.0 XT and Manifold First Article Obeya meeting. This meeting was
primarily focused on SS 2.0 EHXT and manifold preparation, as well as discussing and
tracking any issues that may arise. This meeting also provided an update on the
Limbayong project's readiness action.
• Had a brief discussion with Mr. Gue regarding the SS 2.0 Standard Prototype Tree video.
He also suggested ways to improve the video's quality, such as adding more photos and
changing the font used in the video.

19/8/2021 • Attended the 2.0 TSM meeting. Mrs. Yame from the Rio team shared the 2.0 TSM
process with us, emphasising the assembly and test shop floor needs. She presented
each step of the process using DCPs (Data Collection Points) and SWI (Standard Work
Instruction) documents as references. Additionally, she also mentioned about the
assembly requirements, lubricant requirements, and issues encountered during TSM
assembly.

20/8/2021 • Participated in Take 5 Day Video meeting. In this meeting, we had discussed and
brainstormed ideas together on how to create the storyline for our short video (1-2
min). The video will cover the topic "LEAD" from the IQ formula of success.
Furthermore, we need to demonstrate actions that supports our Quality Policy and
make our process and tools more effective through preventive and improvement
behaviors.
