INVITATION TO BID

The Local Government Unit of San Pablo, Isabela, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites previously pre-qualified
Contractors to participate in the Bidding of Procurement of Rescue/Emergency Equipment hereunder. To wit;

Prospective bidders should possess a valid Appropriate License applicable to the item above, have completed a similar contract
with a value of at least 50% of the ABC. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.

1. Receipt from prospective bidders of Letter of Intent (LOI)

including application for eligibility

4. Receipt/Opening of Bids

Complete set of bid proposals/forms may be acquired from BAC Secretariat’s Office of Local Government Unit of San Pablo,
Isabela upon payment of non-refundable bidding fee at the Treasury’s Office amounting to FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (PHP500) only.

The Local Government of San Pablo, Isabela has the right to reject any or all bids, waive any required formality and award the
contract to any bidder whose proposal has been evaluated by the BAC as the most advantageous. The Local Government assumes no
obligations what so ever to compensate or indemnify the bidder for any expenses or loss that they may occur in the preparation of their
bids; neither does it guarantee that an award will be made.
