I am Ravela Srinivasa Rao, the principal of Sri Chaitanya Junior College

and the reason behind writing this letter is to recommend my
student Ala Sarojan Reddy for the Bachelor’s in Construction
Management. The course deals with the managerial application of
different methodologies for the development of physical
infrastructure and economic growth enhancement. His interest in the
graduate degree program makes me elated because that is a
progressive step in his life. As a dedicated and smart student, very
intelligent, willing to learn, positive attitude, competence,
knowledge. respect, emotional Intelligence, appropriateness,
innovation and Confidence that his work has been done in year of
college speaks for itself and his qualities for the academic year 2022-
2024.

His professional skills are abilities that can help him to succeed in his
job. A professional skill describes a habit, personality trait or ability
that positively affects your performance in the workplace. Having
such skills can benefit people in nearly all job positions, industries
and work environments.

I thoroughly believe that Ala Sarojan Reddy is an ideal candidate for

this seat and all of us at Sri Chaitanya Junior College is proud to send
one of our best students for it. He has received many scholarships,
awards in state and country level as well. He is proactive, Solution
oriented, Self-motivated, Interpersonal skills, good communication
and interpersonal skills, leadership, problem solving, work ethic, time
management, and teamwork.
He has 1/50 students to be offered 80 % sponsorship of 1L+ for
 state -level academic coaching 2022-2024.
He is good wisdom for creativity, curiosity, open mindedness, love of
learning, perspective. He has critical thinking, problem solving,
attention to detail, communication, ownership, leadership,
interpersonal skills teamwork.
He is curiosity and eagerness to learn new things and Ability to adapt
and adjust to changing situations. He is good time management skills,
Strong work ethic, determination to succeed, creativity and
innovative thinking. He has good communication skills and the ability
to work in teams for the academic year 2022-2024.
