Meycauayan, Bulacan was involved in a shooting incident (two persons injured) that
transpired at about 9:00 pm, 02 April 2017 at Millenium Billiards located at no. 665 Quirino
Highway, Brgy. Bagbag, Novaliches, Quezon City and immediately fled after the incident.
This station received information that subject JNCO violated the BJMP
Memorandum Circular, dated July 20, 2009 (Re - Proper way of carrying short firearms).
For your information and appropriate action.

This has reference to a case of shooting incident(two male persons

Injured) being investigated by this station that transpired at about 9:00 pm,
02 April 2017 at Millenium Billiards located at no. 665 Quirino Highway, Brgy.
Bagbag, Novaliches, Quezon City.
Initial investigation conducted by this station revealed that the suspect

on the above case was identified as Jail Officer 1 Leo Rosario presently
assigned at BJMP of Meycauayan, Bulacan who immediately fled after the
incident.
Relative thereto, the undersigned respectfully recommend that JNCO

Rosario be administratively charged for violation BJMP Memorandum Order,
dated July 20, 2009(Re-Proper way of carrying short firearms)
