Anxiety is not a disease, don't consider it as a disease.
It's a mindset and thought process issue, which means
the root cause is in your mind.

Let me explain to you Anxiety with that dead mouse.

There is a Dead Mouse in your and your room is stinking

You need to pick up that dead mouse from your room


and throw it away. And the multiple symptoms that
you are seeing is the bad smell you are getting from the

CHAPTER TWO

Hemant's Personal Journey

Hi! My name is Hemant and I have


myself faced anxiety for over 7 years

I come from a lower middle-class family in


Maharashtra. As the only male child in a family of four,
I knew that I bear the responsibility of becoming the
sole breadwinner.

It doesn’t seem like a big deal. After all that is the


normal life for someone like me in this country.
But the constant pressure to study in order to become
an engineer weighed heavy on me every day.

I was naturally a nervous child. This pushed me into


an under confident state where I just wanted to
spend my time alone and not talk to anybody about
how I feel and just keep thinking about how unlucky I
am and how worse life is.

I went to college to study Engineering. This is where


Anxiety kicked in my life. The underconfident me
started to overthink everything, just get negative
thoughts, and this pushed me to the corner.

As I was interested in fitness and I


had to make some money to survive, I
started working as a fitness trainer in
a gym.

Although I was dealing with my anxiety on a daily basis


and I was just trying to live.

Aside from the fact that, I was living in physical hell. My


anxiety had now turned into regular panic attacks.

my anxiety had gotten to a chronic level.


Even Google told me that there was
no permanent solution to it.

Everywhere I went, I was told that people with anxiety


had to deal with it for their entire life.

I was bothered by it and continued my search.

I found forums where people suggested therapy. But it


didn’t help me. One of my clients at the gym actually
saw me crying and sweating in the alley behind the
gym, and forced me to talk to her.

Within a few seconds, I just broke down and just told


her everything.

In such a time, someone offering to listen is probably


the most helpful thing one can do. But my problem
was far from solved My future still seemed dark to me.

Because I was stuck in this uncertainty where I had to


do so many things while dealing with my anxiety,
which was now heading towards depression at a
dangerous speed!

I couldn’t give up. I had people depending on me. So,


like every other day, I was waking up everyday and
going to work.

The fact that I still had to deal with it every single day,
stopped me from being the best version of myself.
Physically & mentally.

But it was time for me to take a journey to finding a


permanent solution for my anxiety.

I wanted to eliminate the chance of ending up like I


was before.
And so I did. Over the next 18 months, I tried everything
available out there, spent around 3 lakhs by borrowing
and using my credit card.

With all that I did, I discovered a healing method so

I had worked hard on myself, despite being told that I

The reason for the problem, the root of the
problem as to why you are facing anxiety in
the 1st place.

Let me explain it with an example ,

Let's say you have just met


with an accident, your leg is
hurting like hell.

The doctor came and gave you a painkiller.

Wohaa that helps. Makes you feel better. Pain goes


away - at least for some hours.

But what after - that's it! You know that is not the
actual solution. There is some fracture in your leg. The
root cause of the pain is the broken bone.

You should be addressing the broken


bone, not the pain. It needs surgery or
a plaster cast to get it fixed. Great! You
are not that bad!

present in your office, your mind said,
what if I forget in between/what if I
fumble.

When you wanted to go for a long


ride, your mind said, what if I get into
an accident.

When you wanted to just go have fun


outside, your mind said what if I have
a heart attack there.
