HRMS Document – Three

Objective Setting Process:

During this period workers and managers update worker scorecard by adding, updating or removing the
objectives and the personal score card transfers between worker and manager will be done until the
objective setting process is complete (Dates specified in the PMP).

Manager approves the worker scorecard to change its status to Published. Once the status is published,
no more changes can be made to the objectives.
