KISS AND RIDE

We need your help in making our kiss and ride safer for our students and for this we
need everyone’s attention and cooperation. Please be patient, wait for your turn in the
line-up in the Kiss and Ride and drive away; DO NOT skip in front of other cars please.
Please ensure that your child gets out of your car on the sidewalk side of the street and
not on the street side to help make this process faster and easier for everyone. Please
keep in mind that traffic has increased as busses are sometimes cancelled.
Please factor in more time in the morning and
slow down when dropping off your child(ren).
 Upcoming construction project by Municipality of
Clarington November 2021 start

We’re not sure exactly how this will impact our morning and
afternoon routines but please prepare for possible delays
and factor in extra time as this might be needed if you are driving your child to
school. Areas impacted: Installation of sidewalk on Parkway Avenue from Liberty
Street to Parkway Crescent within the north boulevard AND Installation of sidewalk
and roadway curb on Parkway Crescent from Parkway Avenue to the frontage of St.
Joseph Elementary School within the west boulevard We thank you for your
cooperation and support with this in ensuring the safety of all of our students.
