Steve Jobs Movie Reflection Paper

The move Steve Jobs (2015) shows how Steve Jobs developed throughout the years from being
a self-centered and directionless man to a loving care father who wouldn’t care about being late for his
presentation. This movie taught me a lot of lessons like being over prepared is not a bad thing as it will
always help us to oversee what problems may happen which will make us prepared to solve these kinds
of encounters. It also motivates us to push for more, wherein like Jobs, he never rested and always tried
to make something better. This is a good lesson for me as I am a kind of person who usually settles for
less when I am trying to finish something, I just think that when its finished even if it looks something
normal and nothing extraordinary. This is where I was motivated that I should try to push for more and
try to extend how far I can make to test my limits and learn how to improve on it.

Steve Jobs’ work ethic should be a characteristic that customers service staffs have as this will
help them in pushing for more on what they see, trying to expand their perspective of how they can
help and understand the customers well. But they should avoid the attitude of Steve Jobs wherein he
constantly pressures his colleagues even if its something that cannot be done at the moment, he pushed
them to finish it and even shouted at them. Putting up negative emotions will never help a problem to
be resolved as it will only result to a heated argument if the other end of the line also doesn’t know how
to manage his emotions. We should always keep in our mind that we have to be considerate with the
feelings of others as this will help both in your relationship and improvement of yourself.
