Subject:-Guidelines for forwarding of applications of BSNL employees for outside Direct

Employment-regarding

This office is in receipt of grievances from BSNL employees regarding delay in

processing / forwarding of application through proper channel by the administrative units for
outside Direct Employment and related NOC issuance for those employees who had applied /are
planning to apply to other organization for their absorption (outside Direct Employment) due to
COVID-19 pandemic lock down and other related hardships.

In this regard, in additional to the provision of this office letter No.250-20/2014-Estt.-III

dated 12/11/2018 of Establishment Branch BSNL CO, the competent authority has decided that
where the requirement to send the application through proper channel is not mandatory and
application can be submitted online, in such cases the intimation must be made by the
applicants to email ID selection.post.appln@gmail.com and a copy to the concerned circle
office within 7 days of the last date of submission of online application. These instructions will
be applicable in all the cases of permanent absorption.
