as abnormal and suggestive of active pulmonary TB or if there are clinical reasons to

will need to sign it in the presence of an IOM staff who will also sign as a witness.” It is
requested for your security not to bring any sort of baggage to the assessment center;
please be noted that security will not allow you to take your bags or unnecessary
