SUBFLOOR:-Subfloor should be leveled, dried and free from dust and debris to take the flooring and must be self levelled.
PROTECTION:-Not included in our proposal.
SKIRTING & PROFILE:-Not included in our proposal.
UNDERLAY:-Not included in our proposal.
SITE DELAY:-In case of any site delays beyond the agreed date, free storage would be provided up to 15 days, beyond which storage must
be provided by you and invoice to be cleared in full.

- Any bounced cheque or default against agreed terms then full payment will be made before delivery .
- Materials needs to be delivered within 5 days from the date of arrival at port ;
- Storage and Demurrage will be charged aaccordingly after 5 days.
- Materials remain MTR Squared property unless full payment has been received.
- Lead time given at the time of quotation are to the seller best estimate based on stocks and production availability and are subject to
change depending upon supplier availability at the time of order .
- Confirmed order cannot be cancelled based on changes in delivery time .
