MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1. That the complainant has filed the present complaint under Section
419, 420 468, 494, 495 Of IPC against the applicant/accused and
same is pending before this Hon’ble Court and listed for today i.e.
12.18.2023.
2. That the accused was absent before this Hon’ble Court on the last
date of hearing as he was ill and due to this he could not appear
before this Hon’ble court.
3. That this Hon’ble Court was pleased to issue non-bailable warrant
of arrest against the accused on the last date of hearing i.e.
11.12.2023.
4. That the absence of the accused was neither intentional nor
deliberate and has resulted due to the aforesaid circumstance. The
accused hereby produces a copy of medical certificate as on that
date.
5. That the accused undertakes not to be absent before Court on any
future dates and undertakes to be punctual in future.
6. That the present application has been filed in the interest of justice.

PRAYER

It is, therefore prayed that this Hon’ble court may be pleased to recall
and cancel the non-bailable warrant issued against the accused vide
order dated 11.12.2023 in the interest of justice and equity.
