admixture and OPC 43 Grade(India cement).

Dear Sir,
Anent to the letter cited above, vide, the Concessionaire has submitted a request for the approval
of concrete Mix Designs of various grades M10, M-20, M-25, M-30,M35,M35 PILE,M40 ,M45PSC,M50
using Supreme Shellcon 300 admixture and OPC 43 Grade(India cement).

The Independent Engineer has witnessed the Mix Designs M10,M15,M-20,M-25,M-30,M35,M35

PILE,M40,M45PSC,M50 carried out by the Contractor at Concessionaire’s laboratory by conducting
laboratory tests. Mix Designs have been done with cement procured from India Cement OPC 43
Grade and aggregates procured from the source of Donabanda village.

In addition, Mix Design trials to ascertain W/C ratio, percentage of admixture. Proportion of various
materials used in Mix Design were checked and found to be within limits as per the IS codes 10262
and Morth specifications.

In view of the above, the Independent Engineer accord approval of M10,M15,M-20, M-25, M-
30,M35,M35 PILE,M40 ,M45PSC,M5RCC Mix Designs of concrete subject to following conditions.

1) If any change of material or source all designs should be redesigned.

2) All tests shall be in conformity with IS and Morth specifications.
3) Concessionaire to carry out trials mixes wherever any deviations in materials is observed by
the Independent Engineer.
