INTRODUCTION

HELPING LOCAL SCHOOL TO ACHIEVE RESULT AND TECHNICAL

EDUCATION :

The success of neighbourhood schools depends not just on academic performance but also on
their capacity to get students ready for technical fields, postsecondary education, and
vocational training in today's changing educational environment. Schools are essential
community cornerstones that shape the workforce of the future and promote economic
development. However, there can be a lot of obstacles in the way of getting good outcomes
and increasing enrolment in programs for technical, vocational, and higher education.
Acknowledging the significance of confronting these obstacles head-on, programs targeted at
helping nearby schools attain excellence and increasing enrolment in higher education courses
are essential. By emphasizing the development of a comprehensive learning environment that
supports students' academic competency, practical skills, and professional preparedness, we
may enable them to succeed in a variety of academic endeavors and make significant
contributions to society.We are able to put into practice creative tactics catered to the particular
requirements and goals of every school community. The curriculum can be improved,
mentorship programs can be implemented, or schools can collaborate with industry
stakeholders and higher education institutions to strengthen the role that they play as engines
of individual and community growth.This all-encompassing strategy not only helps students
by giving them the resources they need to succeed, but it also fortifies society as a whole by
producing a workforce that is knowledgeable and flexible. As we set out to assist
neighbourhood schools in attaining excellent outcomes and increasing access to postsecondary,
technical, and vocational education, we uphold a vision of inclusive and equitable educational
excellence that unleashes each student's full potential.

OBJECTIVES :

The main objectives of the “HELPING LOCAL SCHOOL TO ACHIEVE RESULT AND
TECHNICAL EDUCATION” activity program was to bring awareness about the importance
of technical education of students in rural areas for in better results and about higher education.

The objectives are listed below as follows: -

 My first objective was to introduce them to field of computers.

 To enhance their result , introduce about group study .
 To ask teachers to mentor some students personal
 To introduce supporting extracurricular activities and organizations that correspond
with technical or occupational interests, so enabling students to discover their passions
and acquire necessary skills.

DAY WISE ACTIVITIES:

The activities carried out in the school are given in detail in day wise order. Each day the
activities were done having different sessions.

DAY 1: 09/11/2023

I gave a talk about computer generations to upper primary school kids. In my talk, I discussed
how computers have evolved throughout time, from the first vacuum tubes and magnetic drums
to modern gadgets that use microprocessors and cloud computing. I also demonstrated other
sorts of computers, including laptops, smartphones. I used simple language and pictures to
make the topic exciting and understandable to the young audience. My goal was to educate
them on the history and progress of computers and inspire them to learn more about technology.

DAY 2:10/11/2023

During the second round of the activity, we addressed the portability of laptops and their use
as an alternative to computer.We taught them about input and output devices of desktop
computers Portability: First and first, laptops are designed for portability. All-in-One Design:
Desktop PCs require separate purchases for all traditional components. Built-in Battery: Laptop
computers include built-in batteries, allowing you to use them even
when a power outlet is not accessible. During the session, we addressed many topics and taught
practical applications. Some students were interested in gaming and were given the opportunity
to play online games.

DAY 3:11/11/2023

On this day I thought of something new and decided to teach kids about keyboard and bit of
typing .Teaching higher primary pupils about keyboards is an important part of modern
education, given the importance of digital literacy in today's culture. The purpose of this study
is to detail the process and experiences of teaching keyboarding to higher primary children.
The primary goal of this instructional attempt was to introduce higher primary pupils to the
basic functions and layout of a keyboard, hence improving their digital literacy skills.
Additionally, the goal was to foster confidence and expertise in utilizing keyboards for a variety
of tasks.Teaching higher primary pupils about keyboards was a wonderful experience that
helped them build important digital literacy skills. Students were able to grasp the ideas and
build confidence in utilizing keyboards for diverse purposes thanks to the use of interactive
teaching methods and practical exercises. Moving forward, ongoing reinforcement and
incorporation of keyboard skills into the curriculum will be critical to improving students'
performance in this area.

DAY 4:16/11/2023

On this day the school teacher insisted us teaching the continents and the countries that
participate in Olympics.I began the lecture by describing the notion of continents and their
importance in comprehending world geography. I used interactive maps on a laptop to visually
illustrate each continent and its main characteristics, such as location, size, and significant
countries.I concentrated on the continents represented in the Olympic Games. I emphasized the
Olympics' relevance as a global event that brings together athletes from diverse countries and
continents. I used maps to identify and explain the continents represented in the Olympic
Games, emphasizing the event's variety and inclusivity.I also used multimedia components like
videos and graphics to improve the learning experience and make the knowledge more
accessible and relevant to the students.

DAY 5: 17/11/2023

On this session we thought of discussing the importance of cleanliness.When we asked each

person about the main ways to clean their surroundings, they gave good responses. Some
instructions include using dustbins, distinguishing between wet and dry garbage, and avoiding
littering with plastics or dirt. We recommended techniques for incorporating them into their
daily lives. Reduce, reuse, and recycle. Reduce wasteful habits.Help people learn how to

protect natural resources and landfill space. Educate on the importance and worth of our natural
resources. Conserve water.

DAY 6:18/11/2023

The primary goal of this training session was to introduce students to the core components of
a computer system and give them a basic grasp of computer memory.I began the lesson by
providing a brief overview of the role of computers in our daily lives, as well as an explanation
of computer hardware and memory.I used visual aids such as diagrams, charts, and movies to
assist pupils comprehend and grasp the many computer components and functionalities.
I promoted active engagement from the students by asking questions, administering tests, and
fostering group discussions to enhance their comprehension of the subject.The teaching
experience was gratifying, and the goals of educating upper primary pupils about computer
components and memory were achieved. Students were able to grasp the topics and create a
solid foundation for future learning in this discipline by using interactive and engaging teaching
methods.

DAY 7:23/11/2023

The goal of this report is to chronicle my experience teaching basic Google skills to higher
primary kids. In today's digital age, students must learn how to use web resources like Google
for instructional purposes.I assigned practical activities in which students had to complete
specified tasks using Google search. I provide individual guidance and support to students in
need. I encouraged pupils to ask questions and get clarification on any ideas that they found
difficult.Teaching fundamental Google skills to upper primary pupils was a joyful experience
that provided them with important knowledge and skills for their academic and personal
development. By empowering pupils to efficiently use internet resources.

DAY 8:24/11/2023

I began teaching higher primary kids about the remarkable life of Neerja Bhanot, a bold young
woman who demonstrated bravery and selflessness. To effectively explain her story, I chose to
use YouTube's compelling platform, using the power of visuals and narration to captivate my
students' attention and imagination.I used video editing software to build a visually engaging
presentation to accompany the narration, which included visuals, animations, and important
material to bring Neerja Bhanot's story to life.I was able to effectively share her remarkable
tale and teach my pupils vital lessons about courage, compassion, and selflessness. Moving

forward, I am inspired to continue using new teaching strategies to engage and empower young
minds.

DAY 9:25/11/2023

The goal of this paper is to describe my experience educating higher primary students about
higher education paths, with a particular emphasis on the transition to Pre-University (PU)
education. As an instructor, I saw the significance of giving students with information and
guidance to help them make educated decisions about their academic careers. This report will
describe the steps I took to facilitate this education, as well as the results.Following the
completion of higher primary education, students were given the ability to make informed
judgments regarding their academic paths. They knew the academic standards and application
procedures for PU colleges, which allowed them to efficiently organize their educational
career. Students were provided with the knowledge and abilities required to confidently embark
on their higher education path.

DAY 10:30/11/2023

I met a lot of pupils who were nervous about performing on stage. Recognizing the necessity
of tackling this issue, I set out to create techniques for students to overcome their fear of public
speaking. I began by conducting individual interviews and group talks to determine the root
reasons of stage fright among students. To help pupils overcome their fear of public speaking,
I adopted a step-by-step strategy.I was able to help students overcome their fear of public
speaking and build important communication skills that would aid them in both their academic
and personal lives.

Outcomes :

Outcomes of this action include: -

 I introduced students in the field of computers and its types and uses .
 I taught them how to do group study and discuss among themselves.
 Teacher Communicate with students to guide them towards their future goals.
 To play some physical activities so that they can be fit .
