Firmware revisions of Main Module from 1.6.00, rev 2

1.6.00: 17.9.2014, used for serial Iveco production

- released Iveco configurations 50, 60, 61, 62 per initial specification

1.6.01: 16.10.2014, for testing purposes only

- added diagnostics of Eberspacher preheater for Iveco configurations
- added program 66 (standard 1000 with 100% FA and FH, FH pulsing valve on FH
module)
- added delayed winter clutch function (if ATS < Ab when winterclutch shall start, the
function will wait and start compressor as soon as ATS > Ab)

1.6.02: 21.10.2014, for internal TK testing purposes only

1.7.03: 22.1.2016, service alarms sent for tests to Frigicoll and Graysons

- correction of slowly rising temperature sensor reading from minus temperatures,
causing sham alarms

1.7.04: 16.2.2016, Bozankaya II

- created programs 87 and 88 for Bozankaya II Articulated with electrical heating.
- floor blowers excluded from Ht limit for prg. 87, 88 only
- floor blower low speed ventilation 30 seconds after floor blowers are deactivated
(to cool down electrical spirals). Function reflected to all the programs.

1.7.05: 14.3.2016
- floor blower low speed ventilation after floor blowers are deactivated extended
from 30 seconds to 120 seconds (Bozankaya II request)
- Iveco programs 60, 62, 64, 65, 69 with convector heating: floor water valve opening
during static preheater reduced from 100% water flow to 30% waterflow
- after D+ON -> D+OFF, boost pump remains enabled if HTS > +40°C. Prepared for
Iveco to utilize remaining waste heat by frontbox after engine is switched off.

1.7.06: 8.6.2016, Firmware released after Iveco validation

- floor blower low speed ventilation after floor blowers are deactivated – reduced
from 120 seconds to 0 seconds (1.7.06 not suitable for Bozankaya II).
- after D+ON -> D+OFF, boost pump remains enabled if HTS > +150°C. Function
„Utilize remaining waste heat by frontbox after engine is switched off“ disabled by
value +150°C per Iveco request.
- add program 91 (based on prg. 37, Plaxton damper implemented)
- add program 92 (based on prg. 37, 100% enabled for a possibility to reduce air
damper down to 50%)
