Colony Janipur Jammu near J&K Bank Jammu hereby solemnly declare and affirm
as under-

1. That the deponent is the owner of the vehicle bearing registration No. JK 02
CH 4202 MAKE RAY ZR model 2018 Chassis No.
MEISEDIF3J0001095 ENGINE No. E3Y3E0373373.
2. That HPA of the said vehicle has been declared with the concerned
bank/financial institution.
3. That the deponent require the termination of the HPA of the said vehicle.
4. That the deponent is in need of termination of HPA with concerned
bank/financial institution i.e Hdfc Bank Narwal Jammu.
5. That I also state that whatsoever stated is given above is true and best of my
knowledge and nothing has been conceived therein.
6. That this affidavit is solicited to the concerned authority for reference and
record.
