__Every one could benefit of learning it because it will a skills for self-defense.

Answer=__I learned how important for us to dive deeper in order for us to fully
understand our own culture and practices.
I also found out how meaningful and impactful it could results if our culture can be
learned and shared to others.

spreading for?
Answer =Yes it is worth spreading because the talks mainly tackled about Filipino
Martial arts and how good for us to know it just like our love in learning foreign .
8. Did the TED Talk change or shift your thinking about a particular idea? Explain.
Answer=Yes, it changes me in way were I begun to know out very own culture. And
be dedicated and proudly enough to shared the knowledge I could gain.
9. What are your realizations after watching the video?
Answer=I realize that as a Filipino itself I get more dedicated to learned foreign
culture than learning the culture of my country amd homeland.
