    The reviewer comments are as follows:

    1. The abstract can be rewritten and if possible entire manuscript can be checked
    with some english processing software for grammatical corrections and sentence
    reframing
    2. Avoid abbreviation (MG) in Title of paper
    3. The objective and contribution section can be even more precise, and can be made
    straight forward; the author has given both in same section
    4. The entire contribution can be shown in snapshot for better understanding at the
    contribution section itself
    5. The source of data can be specified that is used for Data processing in this
    work
    6. The result section can be made even more effective by considering all possible
    cases
    7. Suitable comparision can be made with other existing methods otherthan the
    combined approach given in this paper; atleast by the single approach
    8. The notion behind combining two approaches can be specified in the article, and
    the other similar approaches (that exist in literature) can be used for comparison
    9. Certain complex test systems like 33-bus microgrid can be used for simulation
    purposes
    10. Comment on the scalability of proposed approach
