Level

Finished size
Approx. 25 cm tall (9.84''), with the suggested hook and yarn.

Notes
Work in continuous rounds, unless instructed otherwise in the pattern.
Stuff your toy as you go. Make sure that you stuff evenly and that you
shape your amigurumi while stuffing.
This pattern does not contain crochet lessons. Basic crochet skills are
required.
The doll's body and head are crocheted in one piece. All the other parts are
crocheted separately and all of them are sewn onto the body and head.
Use a stitch marker or a piece of yarn to mark the beginning of every round.
Make the colour changes always in the last stitch.

How to assemble astrid
Sew the arms onto each side of the body between rounds 49-50 (picture 1).
Embroider the eyes with a bit of black yarn between rounds 57-60. The eyes
should be 12 sts away from each other (picture 2).
Embroider the eyebrows with a thinner black thread, sideways on round 62
(picture 2).
Embroider the nose with skin colour between rounds 57-58. The nose should be
3 sts long. Put some blush above the nose and to the sides (picture 3).
Embroider the cheeks with a bit of pink yarn between rounds 56-57. They should
be 3 sts long (picture 2-3).
Place the hair onto the head with the curls on each side of the head (picture 4-5).
Sew it on, leaving 10 rounds in front above the eyes. The front fringe should be
slightly to the left as you see the doll (picture 2-6).
Sew the Christmas tree hat on the head leaning to the right (picture 7). You can
stuff the hat before sewing if you feel it is needed.
Sew the wings at the back centered between rounds 39-47. They should be 2 sts
away from each other on the top and 4 sts away on the bottom (picture 8).
